Processing time
Orders are processed within 7 business days before dispatch.
Where orders ship from
Depending on stock and destination, your order may be fulfilled from our workshop in Australia or from our US-based distribution partner.
Delivery estimates
Delivery windows vary depending on where your order ships from and your destination.
- Australia (domestic): 3–8 business days after dispatch
- US & Canada: 5–12 business days after dispatch — faster when it's fulfilled from your US distributor's stock, slower on the rare order that has to ship direct from Australia
Shipping costs
Costs and any free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International orders
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival, charged by the courier or customs. These aren't included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship once the batch is ready. The product page shows current status, and you'll get a shipping confirmation once it's dispatched.
Merch
Merch is fulfilled separately through our print-on-demand partner. If your order includes both a handle and merch, they may arrive as separate parcels with separate tracking.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 2 days of the estimated window, get in touch and we'll follow up with the carrier.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address given at checkout — please check it's correct before ordering, as we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address the customer entered incorrectly.
